James
Eaton is a passionate Self-Help, Fitness, & Education Author who resides in
Hinesville, Georgia. He is also a seasoned Affiliate Marketer, Entrepreneur,
and Private Protection Officer. Hailing from Selma, Alabama, James’ love of
helping people and all-things fitness began early on and it has stayed with him
ever since.
During his youth,
James would spend countless hours locked up in his room jotting down his book
ideas. It wasn’t long before he realized that his newfound passion could become
something more: a platform in which he could positively impact other people and
enhance their lives in a multitude of different ways.
One of James’ main
influences throughout his writing career has been a wellness book by Kevin
Trudeau entitled “Natural Cures.” But most of all, he is inspired by his
amazing family and his unwavering drive to succeed so he can help as many
people as possible on their journey to optimum health, wealth, and happiness.
Fitness and writing
aside, James enjoys reading inspirational books (“The Magic of Thinking Big” is
one of his all-time favorites) and maintaining a positive attitude through the
inevitable ups and downs of life. He is also big on organic food—especially
organic chicken, turkey, and roast beef.
Additionally, James’
favorite color is blue and his favorite movie star will forever be Rachel
McAdams. One of his most notable accomplishments to date is remaining on gold
phase for eight consecutive months during his stay at Job Corps. James holds a
Certification in Security & Private Protection Services.
Both infinitely
determined and loving, James aims to write books that empower individuals to
become their very best versions and lead fulfilling, healthy lives. Just as
persistent, he will do whatever it takes to become a bestselling author.
Recently, James released “How to Save Money
Through College” and is planning on creating more books that assist people from
all walks of life in bettering their lives.

you!

has everything you need to begin your journey.
Tell us a little about
yourself.
I am originally from Selma,Alabama in the United States. I grew up on an Airforce base called craig field. It
was relatively good growing up there considering the fact that I had a good
father, who was there for me when I needed him. I am gracious for what I have
because I know that blessing come to those who are grateful for what they have.
I want to travel to countries like Brazil, Mexico, Russia, and Germany. In my opinion life is a beautiful adventure because
everyday is a new day with possibilities to be explored. I am 25 years old and
writing good books is my passion.
When did you begin writing?
I began writing at the age of 16.
Describe your writing
process. Do you plot or write by the seat of your pants? When and where do you
write?
I plot my writing because “if you fail to plan you plan to fail”. I
write during the silent mornings in my master bedroom
.
Can you tell us about your
most recent release?
The concept of my book bodybuilding for weight loss and
the images provided will help stimulate anyone seeking to change their physique.
It also provides valuable insight and a clear path to losing weight through
exercise and diet. My passion for the subject clearly shines through.
How did you get the idea for
the book?
I was an overweight kid. I started a bodybuilding regimen and I eventually
lost 100 pounds of fat. I know that there are people in the world who are just
like I was and my book will help them.
Of all your characters,
which one is your favorite? Why?
I do not have characters in my book but my
book has lots of great facts. My favorite chapter in my book is chapter 6
because it is about apple cider vinegar.
What was the most
challenging aspect of writing your book?
Staying focused was the most
challenging aspect of writing my book. To stay focused I would put on my HD
solo republic headphones and listen to my favorite songs.
Which authors have inspired
your writing?
Kevin Trudeau and Mike Matthews.
What projects are you
currently working on?
I am thinking about writing a second bodybuilding for
weight loss book just with a different subtitle and contents.
What advice would you offer
to new or aspiring authors?
To never get discouraged because as an author you
must have a thick skin.
